With nearly a decade of dedicated practice in clinical hematology, I serve as Hematologist — Haematopoietic Stem Cell and Cellular Therapies Unit, Haematology Division, at University Hospital Center Mother Teresa of Tirana, where my work centers on the diagnosis and treatment of complex blood disorders — from leukemia and lymphoma to bone marrow failure syndromes and myeloproliferative neoplasms.
My career has been shaped by a dual commitment to hands-on patient care and academic research. Having performed over 2,000 bone marrow aspirations and biopsies, and contributed 50+ presentations at major international conferences including EHA, ESH, and ASH, I strive to bridge clinical practice with the latest advances in hematologic science.
